The British actor brought the iconic character to life not only with his voice, but also by wearing the robot’s costume, making it one of the most memorable characters. He is the only artist to participate in all the movies of the STAR WARS saga.

For all of you “Potterheads”, a very special guest is coming to ANIVENTURE COMIC CON on July 5^th –  Evanna Lynch, best known for her iconic role as Luna Lovegood.

The actress became fan favorite thanks to her brilliant portrayal of the shy and kind-hearted Luna. She’s part of the “big seven” – The seven main characters in the series, according to author J.K. Rowling.

Lynch’s career began 2007 when she was chosen for the role in an open audition in competition with nearly 15 000 other girls, turning Luna into one of the beloved characters in the legendary Harry Potter story.

For her role in the film adaptations of J.K. Rowling’s novels, Evanna Lynch has received multiple nominations for Best Supporting Actress.

Yet another epic actor is set to step into the spotlight at Aniventure Comic Con – the one and only MANU BENNETT. Known for his unforgettable, fierce roles, Manu captivates both the big and small screens with his incredible talent and charisma.

One of his most terrifying transformations is as the leader of the orcs, Azog the Defiler, in J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit trilogy. The New Zealand actor brings the character to life, making him one of the greatest villains in cinema, thanks to his exceptional talent.

Pavel Ivanov is a Bulgarian actor who graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts “Krastyo Sarafov” with a degree in “Acting for Dramatic Theatre” in the class of Professor Stefan Danailov in 2016. He will be one of the special guests at ANIVENTURE COMIC CON 2025 on July 5. Ivanov is known for his roles on the stage of the “Ivan Vazov” National Theatre, and in cinema, he became especially popular for playing the role of the legendary Bulgarian footballer Georgi Asparuhov in the movie “Gundi – Legend of Love”. He has also appeared in the TV series “Dads”, “Policaite ot kraya na grada”, and the second season of (D)evil’s Throat.

He performs and creates comedy shows such as “Friday Night” and “Sunday Morning”. You can meet him, take a photo, and get his autograph on July 5 at Inter Expo Center. ANIVENTURE COMIC CON 2025 will bring fans face-to-face with rising young actress Alexandra Svilenova. Known as Sandy, she was accepted into the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts “Krastyo Sarafov” in 2021, majoring in “Acting for Dramatic Theatre” in the class of Professor Ivaylo Hristov, and has recently graduated successfully.

She rose to fame with her debut film role as Velichka Markova – Lita in “Gundi – Legend of Love”, directed by Dimitar Dimitrov. On stage, she has performed in Dangerous Liaisons (dir. Stanka Kalcheva) at the Nikolay Binev Youth Theatre, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (dir. Diana Dobreva), and in graduation productions such as The Threepenny Opera, Dikanka, and An Unfinished Play for a Mechanical Knife.

Starting in 2025, she plays the role of Alice in the stage production Closer, alongside Alexander Sano, Luiza Grigorova-Makariev, and Bashar Rahal. You can meet her on July 5 at the Inter Expo Center during a special MEET & GREET session. She will also take part in a special panel on the main stage, where she’ll answer questions from fans and talk about herself and her work.

Mihail Bilalov is among the most popular Bulgarian actors, known for his standout roles in the TV Shows “Pod prikritie”, “Liaisons”, “The Grapes of Guilt”. He also stars in the comedy movie “Golata istina za grupa Zhiguli”. He is also active on the theatre stage, playing in “BOOM-BOOM: Evolution of criminal thinking”, “Videokompromat”, “Razdelyam dvoiki po domovete” and “Just not this name”. He was the host of one of the most popular knowledge TV-Shows in Bulgaria “Stani bogat”. He graduated from NATFIZ “Krastyo Sarafov” with a degree in “Acting for Drama Theatre” in 1989. He has won the “Askeer” and “Icarus” awards. On social media, he is one of the most well-known personalities, standing out with his authentic style, sense of humor, and flair for irony. Trine is a professional cosplay artist and prop maker from Denmark. She has been into cosplay since 2016 and has served as a judge and a participant in many contests. She’s a winner in numerous cosplay competitions. She won first place in the solo category of ICL 2024 (International Cosplay League) in Spain, and a year earlier, she claimed the grand prize at TOC (Tournament of Champions) 2023 in Austria.

Trine has been a special guest and judge at events such as FantasyBasel, JapanWeekend, MCM Birmingham, Comic Con Astana, and more. She has also collaborated with Bethesda, Bandai Namco, and Hoyoverse.

She prefers creating cosplays inspired by video games, movies, and medieval-themed TV series, but she is always excited to experiment with new techniques and materials. She enjoys challenging herself with new projects, as her favorite part of cosplay is the creative process itself.

Alejandra “Anhyra” Perez is a professional cosplay artist from La Coruña, Spain. She started cosplaying in 2013 and hasn’t stopped since. Over the years, she has turned her hobby into a profession, creating numerous workshops and tutorials to share her passion with others.

She specializes in crafting armor, weapons, and makeup. She has won numerous awards, including Best Armor and Weapon at BLIZZCON ONLINE ’21 and first prize for Best Cosplay at DREAMHACK BEYOND INTERNATIONAL ’21. Additionally, she received the Best Craftsmanship award at the International Emiru Cosplay Contest ’23, along with many others.

Alejandra “Anhyra” Perez is also a judge at cosplay competition events like Gamescom (Germany), Magican Oslo (Norway), Okamicon (Republic of Ireland), Gamevasion (Germany), and Mangafest 2019, 2021, and 2023 (Spain), among others.

She designed Miss Iceland’s outfit for Miss World 2019, which is also in the top 3 of their national outfit category. She has worked on various cosplay projects with big brands such as Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Telenor, Razer and Sharkmob.

Tine now has her own creative agency, Tinerific Agency and is a teacher at Buskerud Folkschool where she is studying cosplay art for a year.

Dr. David Hone is a paleontologist and author. He teaches at Queen Mary University in London and writes for leading media outlets such as National Geographic, The Guardian, HuffPost, and others. He is the author of over 100 scientific papers and, in the past five years, has also hosted a science-themed podcast. He received his PhD in 2005 from the University of Bristol, and before returning to London, he lived in Munich, Beijing, and Dublin.

His research focuses on the behavior and ecology of dinosaurs and their flying relatives—the pterosaurs. Martin Petrov is a Bulgarian artist, creator of the comic book character Tony Pateto. He graduated in Illustration and Graphic Arts at the Art High School in Sofia, and then graduated with a degree in Animation at the NATFA “Krustyu Sarafov”. He works as a 2D artist in a large game company and in his spare time he makes comics. On social media, she works with Anani Boris on the Tony Pateto project. This year will be presented the third part of the series about the adventures of Tony Patetto “Carnival in Lulin”, created by Martin.

Tony Pateto is a collectible, parodic and satirical image, personifying the average charlatan and schemer. “Carnival in Lulin” is a story planned in 4 parts, and why not more, and separately Petrov is working on another, more serious graphic novel, which is expected to appear in a few years.

Martin Campbell is a New Zealand director known for his work on two James Bond movies: “GoldenEye” (1995) and “Casino Royale” (2006). He is the next special guest at Aniventure Comic Con 2025. In 2011, Campbell also directed the movie “Green Lantern”, starring Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. Additionally, he directed “The Mask of Zorro” (1995), working alongside multiple award winners, including Academy Award winner Sir Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, and later he directs the sequel of the movie. In 1986, the miniseries “Edge of Darkness”, which he directed, won a BAFTA Award for Best Drama Series. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet the renowned director in Hall 4, on Sunday, July 6 at 15:45 PM, at the Inter Expo Center, where he will participate in a special panel answering questions and sharing stories about himself and his work on blockbuster titles.
