Ross Marquand, known for his role as Aaron on the hit apocalyptic series “The Walking Dead,” is among the first guests at this year’s ANIVENTURE COMIC CON!

Aside from his battles against zombies, the American actor is also known as one of the key villains in the Marvel universe – Red Skull, who we meet in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

In addition to his screen presence, Ross has also captivated audiences with his voice, voicing a number of popular characters from the big and small screen – from Ultron in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and What if… “, to various characters in the Invincible, Family Guy, Robot Chicken and American Dad animations, to astonishingly accurate impressions of actors such as Brad Pitt, Harrison Ford, Matthew McConaughey, Kevin Spacey and many more.

Ross will be with us on 06.07 (Saturday) and 07.07 (Sunday).

Dan Fogler joins the fantastic world of ANIVENTURE COMIC CON. He is best known for his
roles in “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of
Grindelwald” and “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore”, part of J.K. Rowling's
“Wizard World”.

But apart from his impersonation of the Muggle Jacob Kowalski, we’ve also seen Dan in the
apocalyptic series “The Walking Dead”, where he takes on the character of Luke in season
nine. The actor has also starred in a number of other series such as “The Goldbergs”,
“Hannibal”, “The Good Wife” and “The Offer”.

He’s also the voice behind a host of beloved characters – if you think you’ve heard his voice
behind a certain black goose named Zeng in “Kung Fu Panda” – you’re not wrong! Along with
the hit animation where he teamed up with Jack Black and Jackie Chan, he also voiced
characters in “Horton Hears A Who!” alongside Steve Carell and Jim Carrey, “Mars Needs
Moms” and many more.

The extraordinary Dan also has a strong presence on the theater stage. For his Broadway
debut as William Barfee in the play “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” he won
a Tony Award for “Best Actor in a Musical” in 2015.

Dan Fogler will be with us on July 6 and 7.

Aniventure Comic Con 2024’s next guest is fully imbued with magic! From playing Romilda Vane in the Harry Potter movies, to Tris Merigold in “The Witcher” series, we welcome Anna Shaffer!

The charming Gryffindor sorceress who tries to give Harry Potter a love potion in “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” and the confident Temerian sorceress who stars alongside Henry Cavill in a number of adventures in the two current seasons of the popular fantasy series are just some of the characters she has played.

In addition to these iconic magical roles, Anna has charmed us with her participation in the “Dr Who” spinoff “Class” as well as the popular British series “Hollyoaks”.

Anna will be with us on June 6th, don’t miss your chance to meet her in the special Meet&Greet area at Aniventure Comic Con.

Maria Bakalova is among the special guests at Aniventure Comic Con 2024! The Bulgarian actress, who became internationally famous for her role as Tutar Sagdiyev in the comedy Borat 2, where she partnered with Sacha Baron Cohen, will have the opportunity to tell us more about cinema, Hollywood and her work with a list of star names!

As well as playing Tutar, we’ve seen the Bulgarian actress in the films “The Bubble”, “Bodies Bodies Bodies”, “Unfrosted”, we’ve heard her as the dog Cosmo the Spacedog in “Guardians of the Galaxy 3”. And we’re about to watch her in “The Apprentice”, where she plays Ivana Trump – let’s just say that the Cannes premiere of the film caused an 11 minute standing ovation from the audience, and we can’t wait!

At just 28 years old, Maria can already boast nominations for an “Oscar”, “BAFTA” and “Golden Globe”, making her the first Bulgarian woman nominated for these prestigious awards. Anything more to say about Maria would be redundant – so we look forward to hearing what she has to say – very soon!

Vice Admiral Garp drops anchor at Aniventure Comic Con 2024!

Actor Vincent Regan, who brought the iconic character to life in Netflix’s film adaptation of “One Piece,” will be among the special guests at the event! In addition to his role as the inveterate Seawolf, we’ve seen Vincent in the historical epics ” Troy,” “300” and “Clash of the Titans,” where he took on the roles of Eudorus, Captain and King Cepheus. He has also played the Duke of Hammond in “Snow White and the Huntsman”.

On the small screen, Regan is known for his roles in a number of popular series including “The Royals”, “Snatch”, “Poldark”, “Mistresses”, “Scott & Bailey”, “Strike Back”, “New Tricks” and many more.

Joshua Wichard is the next special guest we are pleased to welcome to Aniventure Comic Con 2024! He’s an actor, voice actor, and motion capture performer best known for his performance in Game of the Year “Baldur’s Gate3” as the voice of Tav 1. In addition to voice acting, Joshua also performed some of the motion capture for the game and directed several of the scenes in the game.

With over 25 appearances in various games including “Final Fantasy 16”, “Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden” and “Wuthering Waves”, Joshua has left his mark on the gaming industry. Last but not least he worked as a motion capture artist for “The Last of Us” series and the “Barbie” and “Aquaman 2” movies. His talents also extend to film, where he starred in the Desi Tenekedjieva film “The Wheels of Heaven”.

On July 6, in hall 4, we will welcome another remarkable guest – the singer and actress Ilona Ivanova, who performs the song of the heroine Alfira in the game “Baldur’s Gate 3”, awarded for the best video game of the year. The song “I Want To Live” is part of the soundtrack, the work of composer Borislav Slavov, who in turn brought “Baldur’s Gate 3” the prestigious BAFTA award in the category of best music for a video game.

Ilona Ivanova will also participate in a special panel together with Joshua Wichard (“Baldur’s Gate 3”, “Final Fantasy 16”, “The Last of Us”, “Barbie”) on July 6 at 4:30 pm in Hall 4.

What is it like to be an actor in video games? Julian Kostov will take the stage at Aniventure Comic Con 2024 to answer this and many more questions in a special panel with Joshua Wichard!

Julian, who portrayed the Russian villain Vladimir Makarov in the video game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” will also welcome you in the Meet & Greet area at 2:30 pm. The session will be available to all attendees without the need to purchase an additional ticket.

Aside from being the biggest villain in the gaming industry and playing the role of Fedyor Kaminsky in the cult Netflix series “Shadow and Bone”, we’ve also seen Julian in a number of productions such as “A Discovery of Witches”, “Berlin Station”, “Another Mother’s Son” and many more, and some of you may know him as the voice of Loyd from “The Lego Ninjago Movie Video Game”.
