Vasil Popov

Vasil Popov is the next special guest at Aniventure Comic Con 2026. He is a Bulgarian writer and photographer, best known as the author of the hit novel Mamnik, which blends horror, thriller, and fantasy elements in a contemporary setting enriched with folklore motifs.

During the festival at Inter Expo Center, Vasil Popov will take part in a special Q&A panel on Saturday, July 11, dedicated to his work and Mamnik, as well as the continuations of the story: Lehusa, Azhder, and Karaevren.
